WE MAKE DOWNTOWN HAPPEN!
The Savannah Downtown Business Association is “An independent advocate actively engaged in the promotion of a prosperous downtown business community.” The SDBA first formed in 1997 serves as a support network and advocate for businesses in downtown Savannah. We meet with elected officials to promote your values and interests, so you can focus on running your small business.
FOUR WAYS THE SDBA SUPPORTS SMALL BUSINESSES
An influential representative that listens to its members and is a resource and liaison that advocates for members with local and state government officials to ensure a prosperous business community.
Monthly luncheons, held the second Wednesday of every month, provide an opportunity for members to connect through networking. During our luncheons, we inform and educate our members on topics relevant to sustaining a healthy, well-rounded and profitable downtown.
Communicating vital information to members concerning legislative actions, events and issues that affect local businesses. It provides an opportunity for small business owners to stay in front of issues that may affect their business long term.
An independent organization with a strong, cohesive voice that frequently advocates for our members on issues that affect downtown businesses. We work towards the common goal of a thriving economy based on cooperation between local businesses, governmental agencies and the residential community.
