Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Savannah Downtown Business Association website, member portal and mobile app.

Membership. Membership is granted at our discretion and runs for the term shown when you join. Dues are payable in advance and, unless we say otherwise in writing, are not refundable once the membership term has begun. We may end a membership for non-payment or for conduct that harms other members.

Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Content you post. You keep ownership of what you post to the member feed, directory listing or event submissions, and you give us permission to display it on our surfaces. You must not post anything unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content and may review it before it appears.

Events and tickets. Ticket prices, capacity and refund terms are shown on each event. Unless stated otherwise, tickets are transferable but not refundable within 48 hours of the event.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms as well as ours.

Availability. We work to keep these services available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
